What are your thoughts on this? I thought it looked super pretty and it tasted great, however the Beetroots were slightly too acidic from the vinegar brine I put them in 🙁 Any feedback is great as I'm just starting out! by Excellent_Ostrich830 Culinary Culinary Plating
