I don’t bake, or really eat sweet things, but I had a few apples going spare so Chef John inspired me to make this. It was crispy on the edges and fluffy in the middle. The apples had the slightest bite but this was really delicious. Made in a 10.75 spring tin rather than the suggested 9 but still happy with the result 👌🏼
