I’ve loved blue cheese dressing since I was a kid and especially bits crumbled onto a wedge salad drizzled with balsamic. I have never tried the king of cheeses sans salad so any suggestions for what else I can eat it with are appreciated. If all else fails I have some fig infused balsamic vinegar and a head of iceberg.
