Hello guys, I've just recived a package of Blue cheese from my supplier but there are Liquid in the package.
It's my first time selling this stuff so does it the original form of Blue cheese ?
If not I'll return it to them and claim back my money for this one block.

It’s fine. Just take it out of the plastic, pat it dry with some paper towels and proceed.
Blue cheese can “sweat” some, but the whole thing shouldn’t turn to liquid?
Yep, totally normal! Blues are wet bois, they leak in their package and even get that absorbing paper in there, and if you arent careful, that liquid can get on you when you pop the bag open to cut it. Delightful smell /s. If I was a supervillain I would collect all that liquid, put it in water balloons and let them sit in the heat a bit, then throw them at my enemies lmao

Completely normal. Some blues are wetter than others. Things like that are the reason I cut blues at the end of the day, one last mess to take care of before I leave.
Pretty normal for blue cheese! Some cheese producers add some fabric inside the packaging to absorb it.
