I ate a whole lot of bullshit on NYE and the morning after, so I've decided to go on a bit of a "cleanse" for a few days. For me, this means no sugar, no dairy, & no ultra-processed snacks, and prioritizing fruits and veggies. To the best of my abilities anyway!

  • Breakfast: Brussel sprouts scrambled with eggs, some avocado and cucumber + some mango and grapes (not pictured)

  • Lunch: Tuna salad bowl

  • Dinner: Cocoa oatmeal with hazelnut butter

  • Late night snack: apple, pickles, bell pepper + some sugar free candies (not pictured)
