

Perfect for a day I save my calories up for – BIG dinner! Lentils were boiled with curry spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, bay leaf) and chicken broth, finished with julienned collard greens. Chicken was marinated in tandoori spices and lemon juice and “grilled” on my Cuisinart griddle. (To cold for the BBQ). Sweet potato just roasted plain, wrapped in tin foil, Brussel sprouts just steamed, but I love them that way
