



Today’s effort! I had regular white bread rather than my kids GF bread and felt terrible all day. I also had a late start to the day so had a bigger brunch and dinner rather than trying to fit in an extra meal.
Bonus if you scroll to the end for the cals in each meal, I asked chat gpt to create a cute illustration of my meals, I know reddit generally hates AI but it’s a bit of fun. Total cals for the day 1245.
I am actually quite tall and getting close to my goal, at almost 5’10” F 73kg the only way I lose these days is at a 500 cal deficit and limiting carbs, 1300 and under feels really restrictive so I’m trying to maximise protein and fibre where possible to keep myself full. Eating crunchy foods and chewing helps! I have about 3-5 kg left to go😮💨
