I’ve literally ever come across the idea that melting cheese would be wrong? In fact, melted cheese of various sorts is like the epitome of culinary social media?
Melted cheese (or at least softened cheese) can be incredible!
Think of a grilled cheese sandwich, a baked Camembert or Epoisses, then Mozzarella on pizza and Parmesan melted over pasta!
