It’s okay? I always learned to not put inedible things on the plate. I’m sure that with certain preparations you can eat the stem of the pepper so you can present it like this.
Also not a fan of the filter – it’s about the plate not about instagram

Nice! I wouldn’t garnish with Birds Eye chilies unless the eater knew what they’d be getting into eating them whole.
