


Went to Sam’s Club for my usual bulk nonsense and instead found:
Don Wine Spanish goat’s milk cheese soaked in red wine
$13.26 for a full pound (≈ $0.83/oz)
Isigny Mimollette, aged 12 months
$11.72 for 10.5 oz (≈ $1.12/oz)
I stood there doing per-ounce math next to the regular cheddar like a person who shops too much at cheese counters.
Since when is Sam’s doing wine-soaked goat cheese and Mimolette?? Am I late to this or is this new?
