Step 1) Slice ½ inch off the top of the baguette. Remove the middle bread and place the pieces in a bowl with ¼ cup milk to soak.
Step 2) In a separate bowl, combine the sausage, shallot, sage, soaked bread, egg, cranberries, and all spices. Mix until combined.
Step 3) Layer sliced Brie along the bottom of the hollowed baguette.
Step 4) first wet your hands, then add the sausage mixture into the baguette, making sure to press firmly to fill in all the space
Step 5) Lightly brush the outside of the baguette with oil. Bake in a 400°F (205°C) oven for 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). I broiled mine after to get an extra crispy top
