Here are some photos! We splurged for my birthday today and took the road trip down the coast. The weather was unusually warm and fabulous. The cheese curds were squeaky.

We came home with the 3, 6, and 10 year aged cheddars (6 is my favorite! Amazing crunchy crystals and buttery, fruity flavors๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ‘Œ) and walked away realizing we already know a lot about cheese making! Definitely recommend the tour if you're in the area, y'all. There's free, self-guided tours and samples but the official experience and tasting is special. And that drive on 101 today was just ๐Ÿ˜
