Pepperoni Pizza Rolls with fresh Basil, and mozzarella. Ranch and Marinara for dipping. I used Trader Joe’s pizza dough, stretched dough out to an extra large size, lightly wet the surface after stretching so it wouldn’t snap back after laying down the dough. Topped with pepperoni, basil, and mozzarella. Rolled up 8 rolls, brushed them with olive oil and added oregano to the top. Placed in oven at 425F for 20 mins. Added grated parm after coming out. That’s how I roll.

    I would go off my low carb diet for one of those! Not much tempts me, but being this is from scratch….. I’m eating this 🤣
