Smoked Gouda cheese over shrimp, fresh basil and sliced red onions with vodka sauce. Doesn’t look great but damn it tastes good.

  3. Instead of shitting on you, a couple tips.

    Dough should be rolled out much thinner depending on what style you’re going for.

    Higher temp for a quicker cook. Pizza Stone if possible for what I’m guessing is an oven bake.

    Try a low moisture mozz instead Gouda. Also, I wouldn’t recommend extravagant toppings like shrimp until you have a few cheese only under your belt.

    Solid first attempt and don’t let these people give you trouble. Run it back.

  4. My dad’s favorite pizza is shrimp, red onion, black olive, and feta, honestly pretty tasty so I’d try this lmao

  5. As ugly as it looks and as bad as the ingredients combination is, this is way more honest than all those “first time” fake posts showing perfect looking chef-level food.
    You get my upvote for this pi…ece of creation.

    I’m not suggesting that you did. However it really looks like you used cheese slices and didn’t take them out of the wrapper.

  7. i didnt ruin my first homemade did you 450 for 20 on a mostly refrigerated, cuz i played it safe with 400 for 10-15, its been a while.

  8. The cheese you used is the biggest problem here. It bubbled up like plastic like I’ve only seen Kraft American do.
