  1. Whole dish lacks cohesion. If it were me, I’d get rid of the brioche crumb, and not serve warm fish with a cold salad like that. Also, the plating is too ‘loose’ and lacks height. The salad itself sounds nice, however don’t think it works with this dish personally, I feel like changing that aspect for a warm vegetable garnish like a tender stem broccoli, or asparagus when in season would work better. For me needs a sauce also 🙂

    Salad to fish ratio is off. The fish looks lonely by itself, needs some height/sauce , and the sliced radish really doesn’t do much as a garnish.

    Glorious sear and id be thrilled with the color you’re including, the semi-transparent radish amidst the greens really does look great.
