Like so many posts recently, it’s beautiful, but does not make me want to eat it with all the flowers, as it looks more like artwork than food to me with all the flowers

Wow. Great contrast of colours. Personally I would have preferred a jet black plate, and a smoother puree, but looks amazing regardless. Congratulations.

Looks nice but I don’t see the raw sliced mushrooms working for that flavor profile

At a glance I thought this was a tobvof flowers doing the heavy lifting but the more I look the more impressed I am with the composition. It’s very lively (and perfect on flower usage. Most of those is borage right?). If I was served this plate the waiter would ask if everything is ok because I would stare at it a while. I could get lost in this plate.
