

First time making gravy, & I wanted to make it meat free, but I did use traditional butter (unsalted). Instead of using regular flour for the roux, I used gluten free (because I have a bag I'd like to finish). I love the way it turned out & the amount if shrooms in it. It was pretty easy & didnt take that long. Tasted really good! I'm not a vegan, I just wanted to make this one. 🤙🏻

That looks delicious! I’m not a picky eater, but my girlfriend is vegetarian, this looks like it’s be great for making poutine that we’d both enjoy eating. Thanks for sharing.
