Ingredients:
100g cake flour
150g Cornstarch
80g powder sugar
2g baking powder
Pinch of salt
100g soft unsalted butter
1tsp vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 can of dulce de leche(you can buy it from the store just buy it i recommend it lol)
Sugar powder for dusting
Recipes:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Put it in the fridge for cool down the dough.
3. Roll the dough and press it then bake it in the oven for 150c for 12min.
4. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
5. Put some dulce de leche and sandwich it.
6. Dusting some powder sugar if you want.
7. And just eat it.

Alfajores are not well known in the US, but pretty much everyone who tries a legit homemade one (like these) instantly loves them. These look amazing.
