Brillat-Savarin Affine IGP, Italian salami, jalapeno jam, caramelised onion chutney and crackers with a cappuccino made with channel islands milk. Heavenly!

Not had Brillat-Savarin before and have to say it's now one of my favorites! It's a triple cream soft cheese, texture is similar to Cornish clotted cream. Very creamy and buttery flavour too! Far superior to any French or English Brie that I've tried. Easily worth the £4.50 I paid for it and shall be buying more for Christmas. If anyone has any similar French or English cheeses in particular that they recommend then fire away!
