So clearly this is Dorset Red from Ford Farms. I’m in SW Washington state. Found it at a cheesemonger shop in the PNW. Loved it! Found it a couple times at Costco locally. Now I can’t find it anywhere local. Ford Farms doesn’t apparently ship it now. Does anyone know if anyone in the Pacific Northwest sells it? Or a good place to order it from online? Or does someone know of a similar cheese that I could find or order?
