

I had some cheese from a lovely spread at work today, and a coworker and I are deliberating on what it might be. It’s hard and has a bit of a bite but is not funky like gorgonzola. We think from the look that it might be some kind of aged port wine cheese, but are otherwise lost. Would love to know what it is as it was very good and my cheese palette is so small, it would be great to add something to my lexicon. Thanks in advance!
