    These look great! I like to have curry over broccoli instead of rice for more volume, or I will add peas to my rice for more volume as well! Kimchi is also my addiction ๐Ÿ˜

    I love Asian Thai curry but coconut milk is incredibly high calorie. What milk are you using for your curries?

    I see kimchi, I think. And some tinned fish. What sauces do you recommend? Any source of sauce from this region that fits a low-calorie profile would be a dream.

    How are you doing this?!?!? My husband is Filipino and LOVES cooking traditional dishes so we eat so much Filipino food, as well as other Asian cuisine. Iโ€™ve had to get a special rice blend to minimize how much damage Iโ€™m doing to myself.
