Stir fried Macaroni is not something I made up.The Vietnamese do it (Nui Xao Bo) and that’s where I got the idea when I wanted something like fried rice but with no leftover rice.
Of course, please spam Uncle Roger anyways for internet points!

And this, my friend, is why I insist that pasta and noodles are two different things.
Macaroni, spaghetti, and penne are pasta.
Maifun, lo mein and ramen are noodles.
Spaghetti is not a noodle.
If that difference wasnt real, your brain wouldn’t have broken.

Hell yeah. I did an “Italian” fried rice once with Italian sausage and little pieces of mozzarella that was really great. Did a chicken mei fun with Indian spices (like Kashmiri chili powder) that ruled. I dung techniques from one cuisine with ingredients of another is my favorite kind of cooking.
