Personally, I am a big fan of having everything contained within the plate and not let it be bigger than the plate.
However, that may be just my personal preference.

I would get rid of the top piece of chocolate. Other wise looks nice

Agree with the other comment about the chocolate being excessively large – if the top piece were the same size as the bottom piece I think it would look tighter and more refined.
I also can’t help but see macaroni and cheese when I look at the chantilly cream….the piping tip choice just gives macaroni noodles and I can’t unsee it lol. Maybe it’s also just the top down perspective
Other than that, it looks and sounds wonderful

*I’ve heard about finding a thumbprint on your plate, but this us ridiculous!*

Fun and whimsical. I think if the ribbons were shorter and thinner it would elevate it

in regards to the chocolate strip….
you went for elegance and ended up on obnoxious

How very beautiful!! Picture isn’t even doing it any justice. There are YouTube tutorials on how to take better photos of your food with only iPhone without any special lighting.

I like it, but the piping is giving teeth. Maybe a slightly smaller tip or a slight diagonal.

Honestly think the bottom ribbon is fine, the top one is unnecessary. Looks delicious!
