I think it looks amazing, and I would eat that! Good lighting too.

How did you crisp the quinoa?

It looks like the salmon has a way harder sear than the crispy quinoa. I am curious if you added the crispy quinoa after searing. Will you let us know the process

Nice plate.
Professional?

Looks great except the crispy quinoa. Does it really add to the dish? A crispy skin would suffice for me (i think), but I can’t fairly say that without trying it.

Good looking plate will present and I would wolf that down. Well done.

Sear looks a little top heavy on the salmon, veg on the bottom looks a fine but I think the mounding bowl is kinda just lazy. A nice long plate would give the dish more flow, the cheese could be applied differently maybe a spread under it all and I’d skip the chives and spring for some nice picks of dill. Your flower garnish also are kinda inverted so they don’t quite hit the same.

Thanks for the eagle eye! I actually seared the quinoa first and then gently placed the salmon on top. #techtipsfromthekitchen
