I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Grassias is a lovely cheese crafted from a blend of fresh cow and goat milk. A perfect example of the ancient craft of leaf-wrapping young cheeses, Grassias has a refreshing, herbal aroma and flavor. The goat milk provides its signature refreshing tartness and soft clay texture, while the cow milk adds a sweet wholesome milk taste and buttery mouthfeel. The combination of these two milks and the lemon grass wrapping gives Grassias layers of flavors. It is a versatile cheese partner for many wines, particularly the lighter to medium varieties. Grassias also pairs well with Pilsners, Lagers, and Wheat Beers.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.
