Unfortunately I don't have the best picture of the gyozas since I was focused on the rest and the gyozas ended up being a pleasant surprise. The salmon carpaccio was simply amazing, the marinade was something out of this world. Plus the fried pieces were very original. One of them has grape, never had anything similar. God I am craving sushi ahah
