Bell peppers
Onions
Garlic
Fresh homegrown tomatoes
Beef broth
Chipotle in Adobe sauce
Splash of bbq sauce "Famous Daves Texas Spit"
Chili seasoning.
Smoke box is pellet and inside it i have charcoal with lump cherry wood.

Last year I made this with smoked pulled pork. Its only been on for 30 minutes now. Will post updates later today!
