Fatty beef chunks braised and then slow cooked for 5 hours with onions, carrots, tomatoes, stock, died herbs and bay leaf, smoked paprika, cumin and coriander and a hint of chilli. Seasoned and cook with lots of pearl barley to soak up the sauce. Simple but very satisfying 🙂

  1. This beats my recipe. My recipe: buy a can of Chunky Beef Stew, get the can open, pour it in a bowl and microwave it a couple minutes.
