





Yes I mostly drank my calories today lol. Some days are like that but I do not make that an all the time thing. I try to focus on eating real foods. Today was just an off day so I'd share what that looks like. Also I didn't have pics of everything so some of these are Google images lol
Meal one: a spinach smoothie (spinach, yogurt, milk, protein powder) and an iced coffee I made at home
Meal 2: just a chicken breast (some of it, I gave the rest to my daughter).
Meal 3: McDonald's chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and a sugar free iced coffee
Meal 4: berry smoothie (strawberries with yogurt and milk)
Total: 1205 calories
Protein: 103g
Macros: 35% carbs, 31% fat, 34% protein (I aim for 30% range for each so this is perfect)

Hey we all have off days! I remember recently I was feeling off (turned out I was sick) and ended up eating like 890 calories and most of it was like protein bars.
As long as this is not every day youβre golden.
But your smoothie cups look so small…
