First meal of the day. 2 earlier coffees are not actually food.

Trying to increase my protein to feel more full throughout the day. This was actually delicious. Salsa was store bought but will start making it myself to control the sodium levels. Maybe I’ll use pico de gallo instead.

Snack will be a chopped salad and dinner possibly grilled chicken thighs with mixed sautéed veggies.

Tomorrow I will try my hand at making ground chicken sausage.
