  1. Looks great. Only thing I would want is some acid to break up the richness of all the chocolate.

  2. It looks pretty good but that quenelle in the middle could be smoother, it looks slightly turdy.

    I’m picky and I actually like the look of this and I think you balanced out everything nicely.

  4. I think a raspberry or two, or a strawberry would be nice to cut down on the richness of all the chocolate, but as for the plating itself, it’s absolutely beautiful.

  5. When plating chocolate mousse, you should be very careful to avoid resemblance with turds. You weren’t very careful.

  6. This is really nice!!
    That would get past my expo for sure, the only thing I would say is “Color”, and if you were capable of creating this, than I trust that you would be capable of fixing the minor issue.
    (And blowtorch the quenelle)
