
I am down 4.4 pounds this week! What a shocker as I have been struggling to stay on track. I’m being mindful of what I eat, making healthier choices and hope it stays this way.
I’m taking my weight loss in increments of 10 pounds instead of the actual mind boggling number of pounds I want to lose. As of today it’s 38.8 pounds instead under 13 months with at least 25 of it the last 6 months when I made many changes.
Brunch not breakfast as I ate at 12 noon.
Scrambled eggs were seasoned with salt pepper garlic paprika oregano and some grated parm. The balsamic glaze in the salad gives it a great boost. Raw zucchini is actually tasty and crunchy (I had no cucumber).
I still have treats and don’t feel deprived. (2 tablespoons of Tres Leches Oreo cake, 5 McDonald’s nuggets and a small size fries this week).
