  1. It seems like you went to all this trouble aligning everything, and than to swirl the sauce off your spoon in a circle? Venison, as the star of the dish is also covered in too much sauce.

  2. Okay, please just use a white plate for this.

    I really have no idea what the sausage roll is doing here. If your using it, for some reason, cut it smaller plate plate so the cylinder has one face down and you can see the contents.

    The saucing is uneven. If you have a white plate, you can have this go around the venison and pumpkin, and it will look much nicer .

  3. I like all components separately, but this dish is a dumpster fire. You obviously have good ingredients, so don’t do them dirty like this.
