I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheese is made by Moydens Cheese. The rustic natural rind on Wrekin Blue encompasses the unctuous cheese inside. Mottled with blue streaks and pockets, the smoky blue piquancy has a mineral-like full flavour. Also, they often find that even those who don’t usually go for blue cheese love the Wrekin Blue! The Wrekin is a popular landmark hill that sits on the border of Shropshire and Telford.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

  2. It looks similar to a Cornish Blue, and the taste description makes it seems as though it would be rather delicate like that one too.

    Yum!
