  1. I’ve been doing this for a very, very long time. Small shops, no chains! It’s not that easy to find them here in Germany, but it’s doable. I also visit food trucks or smaller festivals with stalls. Often, they only offer three to five varieties, or sometimes just one or two. They’re usually made with much more love and craftsmanship than those at the big chains.

    A little (more) salad and sauce, and the burger is top-notch.
