Has anyone here ever had a panbazo? It’s that Mexican sandwich with bread dipped in guajillo sauce, usually stuffed with potatoes, chorizo, lettuce, crema, and cheese. I’m curious—if you’ve had one, what’s your favorite topping or filling combo?

    Me and my family make them all the stuff. Personally I like them with chorizo and potatoes. Sometimes we also stuff them with chicken, potatoes, and carrots. I like putting queso fresco, a little bit of crema, veggies, and salsa. The sauce is it’s cooked in is about the same as red enchiladas. My mom adds just enough to soak the bread but maintain a good toast to the bread.
