
Love grilling! Been fine tuning all summer. First my marinade is pretty simple and doesn’t involve BBQ sauce. Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder followed by a mix of soy sauce and Hoisin sauce 90% hoisin – 10% soy mix. Once it starts to brown, use grill brush to the side before turning. I repeat turning each 5 minutes till done (usually about a half hour to 40 minutes. Wow were they ever great! Happy Grilling.
