Aged for at least 6 months, The Merry Men Manchego boasts a creamy and tangy taste with notes of melted butter and beef broth. A perfect accompaniment to the Merry Men’s country stew. Sounds more interesting than most Manchego. I find them pretty bland, but this description sounds good.

How is it “Manchego-style” if it is made from cow’s milk? Manchego is a sheep cheese.
