I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheeses is made by Locksley Cheese. The Merry Men were Robin Hood’s group of trusty outlaws who helped him steal from the rich and give to the poor. This savory, soft cheese comes with all the flavors you’d expect while sitting around a fire with loyal companions in Sherwood Forest.
Aged for at least 6 months, The Merry Men Manchego boasts a creamy and tangy taste with notes of melted butter and beef broth. A perfect accompaniment to the Merry Men’s country stew. The piquant notes may remind you of parmesan, but its melt in your mouth texture and citrusy flavors make it truly unique.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

Sounds more interesting than most Manchego. I find them pretty bland, but this description sounds good.
