Made this while high and it ended up being 420 calories.
Glizzys gotta be one of my favorite big snacks/lunches. Fulfills my usual bread and "meat" cravings (I got Eastern European DNA) without too many calories spent. Lightlife dawgs and just regular white 140 calorie each hot dog buns.

Sub those for keto buns and you have an absolute banger of calories to satisfaction. I use keto culture for 50 cals each
