    Bison is a lean protein rich in iron, b vitamins and omega 3’s. It’s lower in cholesterol and easier to digest. For added protein, I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Combined with veggies and the potatoes you get variety and balance here.

    Ingredients: Grass fed bison, Avocado, Lettuce, Potatoes, Greek yogurt, Red peppers
