    This is a really busy dish and you’re hiding the star, the tuna, under the lotus root. I would start by putting the login under the tuna, as an anchor. And reduce to one sauce.

  3. Three sauces blending together all looking kinda funky.

    The Fresno sauces reminds me a little too much of ketchup.

    I agree with the person who said they’d be annoyed if they paid for tuna and got this.
