Bang Bang Sauce Crispy Chicken Sliders

    # Ingredients

    * 8 chicken tenders frozen
    * 8 slider buns brioche
    * 8 slices colby jack cheese
    * ½ cup mayonnaise
    * ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
    * 1 tablespoon sriracha
    * 4 tablespoon butter
    * 1 clove garlic

    # Instructions

    1. Air fry the chicken tenders at 370 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Slice the slider rolls in half. Place bottom buns in a casserole dish lined with parchment paper.
    3. Place chicken tenders on the bottom half of the slider buns. Place a slice of colby jack cheese on top of the chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
    4. While the sliders bake, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha to make bang bang sauce in a small bowl. Melt butter and add grated garlic.
    5. Remove sliders from oven. Spoon a generous amount of bang bang sauce on top of cheese layer. Add the top half of the rolls. Baste melted butter on bun tops.
    6. Serve immediately or save for later with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
