Didn’t know tilamook made a pepper Colby pepper jack cheese, or a medium white cheddar! The spicy Colby jack has scotch bonnets in it, never saw that before in a pepper jack colby cheese before! I can’t wait to try this for breakfast sandwiches tomorrow. 😎
