Well….good cheese, but nothing spectacular, just a lot of it…. 8 lbs of Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar.
I'm going to be using it & sodium citrate to make a vat of cheese sauce this weekend….then freeze drying the sauce to use over the next year or so for quick dinners…..
