  1. This looks and sounds absolutely delicious. Only feedback would be maybe a different plate for the pork, the wide edges would slow me down from eating it!

  2. Gorgeous. Only comment would be that it could use a sauce at the bottom.

    Edit: that’s the sauce I see on the side isn’t it? It really is perfect.

    Is this a trio of pork preparation because can’t see them displayed nicely.
    Love the plating.But think about creating a trio plateing on perhaps a large rectangular plate.👎
    I love the sauce on the side and the choice of ramekin.
