  1. Pretty good, colour on carrots would be nice. They’re one of those vegetables, at least for me, when they’re only steamed/poached, the appearance is too close to the anemic sorta stuff you see in retirement homes/hospitals.

    love the composition and your jus also looks great. Would like some more color on the pave and less on the chicken, I also think this plate needs some green/freshness to balance all the sweetness from the veg. Are carrots are pickled?

    Dish is too lumpy.lots of great potentials on the dish.
    Your beets are excellent would have been nice to have a medley of yellow and red beets together.
    Carrots look Blanched,could use a smaller medley of carrots.the chicken is the focal point not some sliced carrots.some asparagus or purple cauliflower will bring some vibrant touch to the dish.what the log on the plate.looks way off.your jus could use a bit of roe or butter to give it some body.
    Chicken great cooking method wound be nice to see it sliced.
    Great dish but lots of fine tuning to be done.
    Get back to the drawing board.goodluck

    I feel that there are too many prominent pieces on the plate. Choose one focal point and then build from that.
