Great for a picture but consumption wise very bad.
Why put shrimp on bamboo picks and there is no indication the shrimp is grilled.
Steak is perfect.pruee is lost on the dish.
Port shallots what a waste of shallots.
Either have a better plate for this or just use the meal picture for social media.

My biggest critique would be the three garnishes which are either inedible, or are unpleasant to attempt to eat in their current state. They don’t belong on the dish.
