Summer salad of peach, cucumber, tomato, basil, strawberry on a bed of homemade ricotta that was topped with pomegranate molasses vinaigrette. Fennel fronds, flowers and bachelor buttons. All personally harvested.

  2. looks nice and fresh, really super summery. i like how bold you are with the mint leaves. to be constructive, i’d leave off the edible flowers

  3. What an amazing display of colors and textures! Fennel greens sound amazing. I’ve used the seed and the root before, but not the greens. Now I have to try it.
