  1. I’m not sure what the center of this dish is supposed to be, but the salmon looks like it was cooked properly. Don’t serve charred garnishes under edible food, give me stuff I’m supposed to eat and then put citrus on the side. Definitely a little more family style, but it looks like you’re a home cook and if my parents cooked like this I might have actually enjoyed our dinner table.

  2. I don’t actually see any “plating”, it’s just stuff next to each other (which is perfectly fine, just wrong sub). Food-wise, this is leaning a bit heavily towards crispy/roasted/dry, even with the tomatoes I feel like a sauce sauce would help and bring it together.
